Draft Website Project Terms for Legal Review.
This page provides the complete commercial structure needed for the funnel, but it must be reviewed and approved by Ad Boost’s authorized legal or business representative before production checkout is enabled.
The package intentionally sets projectTermsApproved to false. Claude must not switch it to true until Ad Boost approves the final language.
1. Project Scope and Page Pricing
Website design and development are priced at $100 per approved page with a minimum of 10 pages and a maximum standard project size of 100 pages. The approved page map, project price, included functionality, and exclusions should be documented before development begins.
2. Payments
The standard payment structure is a 50% initial payment to reserve development and 50% due before launch. A custom written proposal may specify a different approved schedule. Third-party expenses, paid plugins, premium software, domains, ecommerce fees, or specialized integrations are not included unless stated in writing.
3. Build Timeline
The target initial build window is approximately 14 days after complete onboarding, required brand assets, business information, page-map approval, and any necessary access are received. Delays caused by missing information, customer feedback, third-party providers, regulated-content review, or scope changes extend the timeline.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
Two organized revision rounds are included before launch. Additional pages, substantial rewrites after approval, new functionality, new design directions, or changes outside the approved scope may require a written change order and additional payment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, service, location, licensing, and contact information.
- Confirm the customer owns or is authorized to use all supplied logos, images, reviews, and content.
- Review regulated, technical, legal, medical, financial, or compliance-sensitive content.
- Provide consolidated feedback and approvals within the agreed review window.
- Maintain required third-party accounts and credentials.
6. Managed Hosting
Managed hosting is $97 per month beginning at launch and is intended to include SSL, backups, security monitoring, hosting infrastructure, and basic technical maintenance. Final cancellation timing, migration policy, storage limits, traffic limits, support scope, and restoration terms must be approved in the final agreement.
7. Ownership and Portfolio Use
The final agreement should state when ownership transfers, which third-party licenses remain non-transferable, whether source files are included, and whether Ad Boost may display the completed website in its portfolio. The customer remains responsible for ownership of supplied materials.
8. Search and Performance Disclaimer
Ad Boost may build a search-ready technical and content foundation, but it does not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue amount, or business outcome. Search performance depends on competition, authority, content, reviews, links, market conditions, and continued optimization.
9. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination
The final approved agreement must define the treatment of initial payments, work completed, non-refundable third-party costs, incomplete projects, customer-caused delays, hosting cancellation, and migration requests. This draft does not decide those legal policies.
10. Governing Agreement
These project-specific terms should operate as an addendum to the Ad Boost Master Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and applicable signed proposal.
